Eligibility

To receive services at our clinic, you’ll need to meet the following criteria:

1. A valid Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP) card.
2. A piece of government issued photo identification. If your OHIP card has a photo on it this is acceptable.

BMC does not require a referral for services, making it easy for you to access the care you need. If you have any questions or concerns about eligibility, please do not hesitate to contact us.
